Can I add multiple spaces in one account?
Absolutely! With the Ultimate plan, you can manage multiple spaces under a single account to suit your needs. Please note that each additional space beyond your first is subject to an extra charge.
Is there any time limit for each video?
Yes! Every video testimonial has a duration limit to ensure a smooth recording experience. On the Free plan, each video can be up to 2 minutes long, while the Ultimate plan increases this limit to 5 minutes. This is typically plenty of time for most testimonials. If you need even longer videos or custom limits, an upgrade to the Enterprise plan is available.
What happens after free credits are exhausted?
Your customers can continue to submit testimonials after your free credits (10 text and 2 video) are used up; submissions will never be blocked or stopped. To access any testimonials you receive beyond your free limit, you’ll need to upgrade your plan. For unlimited text testimonials, choose the Starter plan. For unlimited text and video testimonials, upgrade to the Ultimate plan.
What is the Wall of Love?
Wall of Love is a place to display all your selected testimonials. They can be video, text or social proof like Twitter shoutouts. Here is the Wall of Love for our Testimonial product, check it out!
How to embed the Wall of Love?
It's just 3 lines of HTML code. You can embed it in any no-code platform (Webflow, WordPress, you name it!) You can find some samples here.
Can I embed a single video to my site?
Yes, Ultimate plan users can embed individual videos on their site. For each video, you'll find an embed code that's just a single line of HTML—simply copy and paste it into your website or no-code platform, just like embedding the Wall of Love.
Can I download the video testimonials?
Yes! You can download all videos in MP4 format. You will have a single page to manage all testimonials for each of your products.
What information can I collect from my customer?
Apart from the testimonial, you can collect your customer's name, headshot, email, title and company, social link. You can also add up to 5 custom data to collect, e.g. phone number, etc.
Do you offer discount?
Sure! We offer discounts for bootstrappers and non-profits. It will only apply on the subscription plan. Please send us a message with an intro to your business to get the discount code.
